Excellent Cheese Cutter
This cheese cutter draws the wire through the cheese unlike cheaper cutters that attempt to just press the wire through. The result is nice clean cuts and it requires minimal effort, so ideal if you have a physical impairment. I was able to safely reduce a 6kg block of cheddar into manageable chunks in minutes instead of struggling for an hour using a knife with a fair amount of personal risk. It also works well for cutting thin slices with a bit of practice. Easy to clean afterwards and comes with 12 spare wires.
