Using all of the Estate fruit that we have at Oso Libre and from select vineyards, this wine presents intense tropical fruit fragrances like mango, papaya and passion fruit. Aromas of peach and pineapple complement a finish of crisp tartness and vanilla. The wine was aged for eight months in 90% stainless steel, and 10% on seasoned French oak.
