Omni Dental Hygiene Kit (4 Piece Kit)

As some noted, no instructions for the different tools. However, a reasonable person knows that technicians and dentists do actually go to school for what we lay people are trying to DIY. So, noted but not necessarily a detraction. The tools are as described, VERY sharp, so beware that you don't do more damage than good. I do like being able to help my dental hygiene in between cleanings, and these tools seem to be excellent quality for doing just that. Good weight, nothing seems cheap or amiss, shipped timely and great communication from the seller.

Good, solid tools. Nothing mind-blowing here, but they'll work for getting some dental calculus off. Keep in mind that they're pretty sharp so only use these above the gum line or you will definitely make your gums bleed. Read some instructions/watch some videos as to how to properly use/angle these instruments before going in blind.Not recommended to skip out on dentist visits just because you use one of these every so often, but they're useful for maintenance especially if you have some troublesome areas.

Seems high quality. I will need more time (maybe a lifetime) to use them correctly. But when one needs to do a self-evaluation and calls the Dentist office. One needs to know what's the tooth's appearance and feel.

Great carrying case,. The implements are of poor quality. Not very useful in aiding with the cleaning. I find the stainless steel finish to be very poor and already starting to rust. The tips of the implements could use a lot of improvement. Not recommended.

These tools work fantastic, the scraping hooks all have protective plastic tips, the little mirror is anti-fog, it comes in a nice zippered padded case, I used them already to clean the tartar from one of dogs teeth, he didn't like it much but we do a little at a time, I had lost my old set somewhere, but I find this set a little nicer, the angle on the tools seem to be more user friendly, I got my old set from my father in law who was a dentist, overall this set is of good quality, and a solid value, I would recommend,

This set look nice but I thought I was getting a six piece set that included the tweezers. Therefore I will be returning this produce as I wanted a set with tweezers.

These tools are omnipotent when it comes to removing the previously omnipresent tartar from my dog's teeth! I do have a problem with them tho'...either they give off some kind of alert, some kind of silent signal, or my dog is omniscient. He hides when I go to get the tools out of his grooming cupboard. But since he is infinitely obedient, he eventually returns to me and lies down patiently for his cleaning. The tools are very professional in look and feel, and I especially like the little mirror for viewing back teeth. Thank you Omni Dental!

I was a bit hesitant buying something like this online, and read as many reviews as I could. But it came nicely packaged, and equipment looks to be of good quality. I did boil for 20 minutes just because of how it'll be used, but I never felt like the product looked like it 'had to be boiled' first! There is a bit of a learning curve to these because as others have said, they are very sharp, but that's what you'd want in this product. Just be careful until you get the hang of using them!
