Best decision I made
Man this machine is a real money maker once you figure out the software and getting it to cut in the direction you want it to lol.

Great plotter, software must be updated during installation! 😁
When you receive this item - make sure to say YES to "updates" when installing the software. The CD that comes with the plotter comes with Version 1.32. the CURRENT version is MUCH later at 2.2. It will make your life so much easier. If you happen to be a Silhouette user, you will be happy to know this software is VERY similar to the Silhouette software. It's more powerful and as easy to use. The plotter itself is great. If you read the manual first, you should have VERY few issues, if any. Best of luck!

Quality check issues and can't handle default speeds
Disc came melted. Started out as an online hunting. Then default setting cut speed at 900mm. It skips and overlaps. Must slow down to 400mm to work properly. So far it's doing ok after that.
