These are great heel cups. They do not “adhere” to your shoes but stay in place anyway which is a nice feature as you can change them between different shoes. Very comfortable. I have a shallow heel and most shoes sit too high in the back for me and are uncomfortable. These gel cups take care of that problem.

I bought these for my daughter who thinks she might have a bone spur on a heel. She is on her feet all day at cosmetology school so I wanted to help her out asap. She tried these and says they are very comfortable and made being on her feet much more bearable,.

Affordable and the gel heal really helps with my heal pain. I do have to adjust them daily as they sometimes slide a little, but I still think they are wonderful!

I bought these after starting a new job that has me on my feet all day. I had so much hope for these, but at the end of the day my feet were in even more pain! I discovered that it was the shoes that were the source of my pain, so I started wearing different sneakers. The change in shoes worked, so I thought wearing these inside the better shoes would eliminate my heel pain altogether. They made it worse.In short, wearing these made the pain worse than going without them. I'm sure they work for other people but they're not the solution to whatever problem I have.My other complaint is that these don't stay put inside the shoe. They turn themselves sideways and move throughout the day and it's uncomfortable

These are not "cups" they are gel "pads". they do not cup your heels. While they are comfortable; if you have plantar fasciitis, you need support under the arch of your foot which is where the tendon stretches. I tried these hoping that they would help with a bone spur which is the aggravating factor of Plantar fasciitis for me and they did no good for me. I have an appointment with the Podiatrist this week, and I am sure that I will be fitted yet again for orthotics just as I was in 2011 when I began this foot pain journey. Might work for some; but not for me.

I received these heel cups today, took dogs for a walk, and one had slipped almost to the toe of my shoe. They also made a sound when I walked. I feel it was a big mistake to have ordered these items, plus, they are highly over priced. I will go to my drug store next time to get nearly the same product for less. Will not order these again!

I have had these 'heel cups' before. I have one leg shorter than the other so I only wear the heel cup in one shoe.It helps my balance and is comfortable.

I suffer from atrophy of my heel fat pads. Even though I continually search for shoes and boots that have cushioning in the heel area, I still must add extra cushion using pads in all the footwear I own. (I do not have a spur or plantar fasciitis.) I have tried many different brands of heel pads; all the other brands either do not provide enough cushioning, or the lower ridge (in the direction of the toes) is too abrupt so that it causes me discomfort. So far, these are the best I've found. They can be moved from shoe to shoe. Yes, they might shift some, but they are the only type so far that works for me. I am an avid walker and hiker and don't want my feet to prevent me from doing what I love.
