First, I was not compensated in any way for my review. This is me looking to protect my ears. I paid full price.I had to wait to review these until I had a chance while mixing sound for a band. They do attenuate high frequencies substantially. I would not recommend if you require unaltered frequencies for the duration of wear. Let's be honest here. These are not expensive ear plugs. To that note, they do work very well at reducing overall volume.Fitment is a tricky thing. I started off with a tendency to push them too far into my ears, causing irritation and pain. I discovered that I don't need to go as deep.All in all, I would wear these for shooting, motorsports, construction, but not concerts, mixing, or performing.

These light weight ear plugs are very comfortable. You can't really feel them much, and they are discreet and can't be seen well.I was impressed as when I wrote to find out the decibel level of protection, I got an immediate response.For me, the protection (23) wasn't strong enough and I needed more. I have tinnitus and some hearing loss consistent with my age (62). I want to preserve the hearing I've got and I want the most protection possible, especially for very noisy environments. These were good for a AAA baseball game. I could hear my conversations and the game perfectly, while still having the background buzz eliminated.I would not use them for a noisy concert or a packed partying room full of people.

Product sucks. The ear plugs dont fit in your ears. Because the piece you hold to put them in your ears is way to small. But the return was easy. As soon as I brought to ups, they credited my account. So I appreciate that. Tysm

Not super comfortable for sleeping

Excellent! Bought these for my daughter who is a concert photographer. She used them for the first time and loved them! Much better than the roll up pieces of foam that are out there. Blocks the damaging sound levels, but still allows you to hear.

they are very good.you can still hear but the loudness is not there.great on the lawn mowertoo.

I recently received my order from Amazon advertised as SoundTight - *New 2016* Quality Ear plugs for Musicians, Safety, and Noise Reductions. Designed by Real Musicians. High Fidelity Earplugs Ear & Noise Protection Acoustic Filters That Reduce Volume. Upon opening my package from Amazon, I found that my earplugs had arrived. The kit included the aluminum carrying cylinder with a belt clip included as well as the two ear plugs. The ear plugs have three rings of silicone that seal your ear canal completely. Upon giving them a try, I found them to be pretty comfortable but the real test would be wearing them to work for a twelve hour shift. In doing my job, I am required to wear hearing protection every day. What are supplied by our company are the, very uncomfortable, foam earplugs. These are the kind you roll between your fingers, place in your ear, and then they expand into place. They can be very uncomfortable and makes it extremely difficult to understand people when they are trying to talk to you. I have to be able to talk to, and understand, people to find out what the problem with their machinery is. Upon returning to the office in the shop, where it is quiet, I remove those blasted foam plugs. When I go back out in the plant, I have to put them back in. I wore these Sound Tight ear plugs to work last night and found them to be pretty comfortable. I was able to wear them out in the factory and be able to understand people when they talked to me. I did not even have to remove them when I was in my office in the maintenance shop. There were a couple of times I actually forgot I was wearing them. That’s what I call comfortable. I received this product at a discount, or free, for my unbiased testing and review.

These are just ok. I bought these as a replacement to a far superior pair that my dog ate, thinking they'd be similar. These actually hurt a little. Just ok.
