I have mixed reviews on this. My husband says that he thinks they have slightly helped him to fall asleep. We both think they taste really good. As for me. I ordered them for him since he has talked about getting melatonin. I read the bottle that says to take 2 daily. It doesn't sat at bed time and i didn't really know exactly what they were. Well I work nights. I took them as I walked out the door to work. Can't say I remember being particularly tired afterwards. Maybe since I knew I couldn't sleep I didn't think about it.I received these at a discount in exchange for my honest review.

I purchased these because I am a night owl! I stay up way too late! I like to take things that are not harsh to the system so I picked these. I was so excited about getting them. I love the picture that is on here, however the gummies only came in one color. The red ones! I opened them and they looked ok so I waited to later to try them. Now keep in mind I have had Melatonin before in other name brand gummies so I am aware and know how they work. I chewed two and felt ok, and then felt sort of sleepy. It took about 30 to 1 hour and I was dozed off like a little baby! They work for me, but they may not work for others. I am a Mommy and I breastfeed, so I am not allowed to have much of anything in my system, so a gummy Melatonin of any strength will knock me out because I have 3 babies and it doesn't take much. I would have doubled the dose if my body was used to chemicals and medications and coffee, lots of it. You cannot expect to go to sleep if you are not tired or if your body is used to hard core chemicals to keep you awake. It worked for me, may not work for you. Sometimes I have a problem swallowing medication. These Melatonin gummies not only taste great but the outside of the gummy is dry...I mean they don't all stick together. I purchased some gummy vitamins not long ago and after a little while they became a gummy vitamin blob creature. I had to wrestle that blob man once a day to pry loose a single dose of vitamin, not pleasant. I had started taking melatonin about a year ago and found that they helped me sleep soundly and stay asleep all night. So if these tasty little candy bits work for you they are well worth the effort.
