Do these work with "Dixit Journey"?

Yes, the top of the cards all look the Same so you can use it with journey as well

This just contains 84 cards, no score board, right?

That is correct only the cards are sold and they are the same cards that are in the actual game so if you already have the board I wouldn't purchase the expansion.

Does this expand the original dixit game to 12 players like the Odyssey dixit base game does?

No (or I don't believe so). This is simply more cards with new artwork. Though I suppose nothing is stopping anyone from expanding the game on their own. :)

Are any of the cards in the expansion decks duplicates?

I have not found any duplicates in the expansion deck.
