Doesn’t work all of the functions
Very difficult to get it to work with my Roku TV. Not all functions work with this remote.

Hard key presses not for me.
This device did everything as advertised but, I have had to press keys very hard or even twice to get a response. The unit that I received may have been a manufacturing issue, I did not follow-up on that. Just went back to using original remote that came with TCL Roku TV. I don't like the side mount volume controls on the Roku controller.

The remote was to be able to change channels but it is not set up for that.
It is a decent remote but not what I was looking for.

Doesn’t channel up or down
Bought it to scroll channels and that function doesn’t work. Wi-Fi issue?

Amazing little programmable remote
Works great with my Roku 3 and TCL TV (non-Roku). All Roku and TV functions work. The channel dot was missing so I just reprogrammed the CC key for it. I also reprogramed the Box-Power key to work for TV. You have to tell it to always use the TV's volume control, just like a cable remote. The larger Roku toggle keys take some getting used to but there is a nice recess on the back of the remote so you always hold it the same way (and never get it backwards). If you have a Roku 2 or 3, this is the one to get. It beats the two RCAs I tried. The only negative I see is the LEDs are too bright. And it might be good to put a bump (or dent) on the OK key so you can find it by feel. BTW, put the manual in a safe place because it doesn't seem to be available online. And your old TV remote too.The negative reviews seem to be from people who expect an IR remote to work with an RF-only device or a Roku TV to have numeric input, which it doesn't.

Not what was needed
Bought this so my mother could use the numbers to change the channel but that won’t work. All the numbers are coded to take you into a pay for view show. Example the number 5 is not channel 5 it’s a station called Vudu!Misleading and now I need to return 😞

It's a bit of a lag from when you press the button to when my Sharp-Roku TV responds. However, I do prefer the size to the smaller easier to lose Roku remote that came with my TV.
