I received the wood type I chose and felt it was too dark. However, I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new case with a different wood type to replace it. I am very pleased with the case and get a lot of compliments on it. My experience iATO customer service was maybe the best support I have seen in 15 years- such a pleasant and quick response. I am a big fan and customer for life.

Love this case! You can feel the genuine wood crafted in this phone case. Like most wood, it looks better with time. I lightly polish my case with a wood polish that keeps my case looking even better. I had some trouble with a non-standard Apple charger and would not fit with the case on the phone; however, it does fit with the Apple verified case.

NOTHING LOIKE THE PICTURE. THE WOOD IS SO THIN YOU THINK IT PHOTOGRAPH. IT LOOKS PAINTEDVERY DISAPPOINTED, YOU JUST CANNOT TRUST THE MARKETING AND ADVERTISING OF PRODUCT ANYMORE. ITS SEEMS THEY WANT TO MISLEAD YOU ANYWAY POSSIBLE AS LONG AS YOU BUY.

I've only had this case for a couple weeks and it's already saved my phone! Love the price, build quality is great, but just a bit tight. We'll see how easy it is to get off some time.

This product did not fit my IPhone 6 Plus correctly.I couldn't used the power button on my IPhone once I got the case on. In order to get to the power button I cut out the rubber lining where the power button was located, but this only worked little of the time. It was a pain so I decided to just not use the case any more. I can't return it because I cut out the power section rubber part of the case. I had the case on for about 10 minutes before I decided to remove it.I would have not purchased this case if I knew this was going to happen.

There was an issue over fitting, but a new case was supplied gratis and without fuss. The case is slim and smooth to handle, but with a good grip on the rubberised strip round the edge.

Pretty good. Had ordered one before which was good but this is a better one.

I have this in the bois de rose and sometimes lose it on dark wood table surfaces as it blends in so well. The wood is smooth and grained. Looks beautiful and the rubber inside and edging both keeps my phone snugly fitted and makes it easy to hold without slipping. Arrived nicely boxed with info about the wood used. The sides are black rubber non slip and the whole thing fits over my phone perfectly with everything aligned. The volume and reset buttons are covered which adds extra dust protection without affecting use. There is a small overlap on the front so I can put my phone face down without damaging it. Update: after two months it’s been dropped a few times and my phone is still intact. Continues to look good. Although it’s a masculine looking case.
