Spinach Dip. Ingredients Needed: 1 cup Mayonnaise 2 cups Sour Cream Directions: Blend package of dip with mayonnaise and sour cream. Mixing until well blended, cover and chill in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight for a very flavorful dip. Low Fat Directions: Substitute low fat mayonnaise and sour cream or low fat cottage cheese and yogurt. Pesto pasta: Saute dry dip mix in 1/4 cup olive oil or butter on low heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Meanwhile cook up your favorite pasta. Gently toss the sauteed dip mixture into the cooked pasta. (For a complete meal add bite-size sliced cooked chicken breast.) Pasta never tasted so good.
