These are great! I like that they are color-coded and that core feelings are in all caps. I use them daily in my work as a counselor and find them helpful for identifying and talking about emotions. There are a good range of emotions in this collection, but I think it would be great if it could come with a few blanks that can be customized/added in the event that the needed emotion isn't in the collection (which I've experience a couple of times). Overall, I have found this to be a useful product.

Unlike many other feelings and mood tracking tools, this one is elegant and sophisticated (not designed with silly cartoons that minimize the process), and easy enough for clients at any stage of emotional intelligence or age to use. It's small enough to keep in your purse or desk which makes it discrete to use. If you care about fostering better communication in your office, these are great to have around for team meetings or to keep on the break room fridge. Highly suggested!
