Great for storage of small items but NOT sterile.
I purchased these to store hobby related screws, nuts, bolts etc. They are great for this purpose. The reason I gave the item 4 stars is I do not believe these are "sterile" for laboratory specimen collection. The bundle of containers were shipped together in one package from overseas and the bottles were not individually wrapped or labeled as "sterile." The bottles all arrived in good condition, no breakage or missing items.

Handy little storage container
Definitely not sterile. Nice little storage container. Hard acrylic type plastic bottom and more flexible soft plastic cap. Haven't tried it yet but looks like it should seal up ok.

I know these are intended for medical use, but...........
These containers work wonderfully for bead storage. I have been looking in beading catalogues for containers that were clear, but larger than what was offered. Well, my husband asked me to order him some containers for his garage to organize nuts, bolts, screws, etc., so I ordered these & I liked them so much I ordered several more for my bead storage. Love them?

Very disappointed in the false description
The specimen cups were not sterile. They were shipped nested with the caps alongside. Very disappointed in the false description.

Not Sterile!
Not Sterile! Arrived in a large zip lock bag with some of the caps floating around in the bag separately.
