Been using this for years & I'm 37. I absolutely see results in my hair, skin & nails. I have Raynaud's & this keeps my nails from peeling & breaking which is something I dealt with forever before I found these. The dose is 4 a day & I only take 2 & that works great so far. They are really large pills & can be difficult to swallow, just FYI. On occasion when I run out of these, I see a difference in my hair, skin & nails almost immediately. Fully recommend.

I have been taking the Multi Collagen for over a month and I feel a lot more energy. My nails feel and look strong and my hair looks fuller. My skin has improved. It feels tighter and less loose skin visually. I have been exercising a lot more so that could be a factor in my body looking and feeling better. I had been experiencing uneven to slow growth in my nails for a couple of years now. Every time I would clip them they would take forever to grow back. Since they are also softer than most, they are prone to chipping and keeping them long has been a struggle for a long time. However after taking these for a few days I noticed faster growth after clipping another chipped nail. It's almost all grown back to where it was before I clipped it. My other nails don't seem to chip as much anymore like before. They've also grown long enough for my nail polish to look good like acryliques or press-on nails, without the painful experience of the aftermath! I can see them continuing to grow more in a healthy way. As far as the rest, my energy has become more consistent. I don't get as tired out after my workouts. I haven't noticed a difference in my skin or my hair yet, but those take a bit longer to show through. I like that the ingredients have the essentials to boost the absorption of the peptides. Especially Vitamin C and Bioperine to double the effectiveness. The other products I looked at on Amazon only had the peptides with neither, or the peptides with one or the other and that was it. Much less Biotin or Hyaluronic acid. So I hope you don't decide to change your formula ever. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

Won't buy them again

Have been taking these for 3 weeks now. I wish it was 1 capsule per day instead of 4 but it’s fine since I have no issues with taking supplements. Nails are growing very fast! I need to cut every week now instead of every other week. I recently got a haircut to see how well and fast my hair can grow. My skin has also been smoother, plumper and experiencing less breakouts. Didn’t change my skin care routine for consistency. So this means it’s really working. The bottle comes with a not saying I can get a free bottle if I do a review or survey but it’s only for USA I believe. A pity!
