Goes well with chair gym

This is exactly what I was looking for. Works very well, twists smoothly. I've only just started using it, but it seems heavy-duty, like it will last a long time.

We use the twister seat as a warm up / cool down exerciser after a work out. A little more turn resistance would be an improvement.

I bought this to go along with the chair gym. It is awesome. I have only had it for a few days and already I can feel it in my abs. I love that I can watch my favorite shows at night and still work out. It's a must to have!

do not do as promised it is very snug on the seat and it pitches when you twist on it

I LOVE my new Chair Gym. I get a great work out at home watching T.V., wearing my pajamas AND sitting down. What more could you ask for? It's a great product that I would highly recommend. I purchased the Twister Seat as well for abdominal work.
