Before Sunrise, Before Sunset, Before Midnight: A Philosophical Exploration (Philosophers on Film)

The Before Trilogy, as philosophy symposium text
For fans of this wondrous trilogy, for cineastes in general, for readers interested in seeing how philosophers can dissect a topic from multiple perspectives and still be interesting to a general reader, I commend this volume. Despite a few copyediting gaffes (almost de rigeur these days, sad to say) and some factual errors about the films themselves, it was so compelling I was sad to come to its last chapter, an impressive interview with star and co-author Julie Delpy.

Thought provoking and insightful
An entertaining read that delves deeper into various philosophical opinions based on the movie.
