One of the few inoffensive flavors of low calorie pudding. A salvation for people on restricted calorie intake, who also have a sweet tooth. (I have a mouthful of them.) And the price is so much better than at your local grocery store, too.

I love adding sugar free cheesecake pudding powder to my smoothies, ninja creamis, oatmeal and Greek yogurt. It’s low in carbs, sugar free and full of flavor.
