The planner is assess to help with progress notes, thought provoking, and easy to recall what was said in therapy session.

The product’ condition was described as New, but the item has clearly been used before or damaged prior to shipping. It isn’t worth returning, but it is incorrectly advertised and should’ve been reduced in price because of the quality.

The book said NEW, and it was used the pages were bent the cover was bent.

As others have mentioned, my book also arrived damage. The pages were bent and their were scratch marks on the front and back of the book.
