Absolutely love this. So glad I chose this one over the others I was debating on. Works great and sounds amazing.

This was a game changer for me. The volume settings are amazing. Sound is so crisp and clean. Easy to use with just a push of a button you open up a world of sound quality that can not be matched. I hear everything. It allows greater accuracy in your assessments. It is heavier than the normal stethoscope so be mindful. It also needs to be charged before use. I actually debated about buying for a long time because of the price. A coworker that is hearing impaired uses this so she can function as a nurse with her disability and recommended it to us all. It's a purchase you will not regret. Technology is ever changing as is nursing. We need to match its speed in all aspects. This changed my mind about a lot of products available out there that make our job easier. I won't be falling behind anymore. I added many new electronic items to my nursing bag now. This has started a new chapter for me and my coworkers. We won't stay stuck in the past.

I’m in love with this stethoscope!! It is absolute quality ALL around! The sound quality is outstanding. I’m hard of hearing, and this makes auscultation a breeze! You can use it with it without the extra piece. Love that there are volume controls on the stethoscope, so it’s right at your fingertips. Great for recording and passing on assessment findings to the care team. The coloring is stunning! Not heavy at all! Came fast and well packaged. Would recommend!

Amplifies sound, and can connect to iPhone for better analysis and saving recordings

Only downfall is you have to pay for a subscription to save the heart rhythms

This was a gift to my daughter for completing her EMT course. It was recommended by a co-worker as a great stethoscope to have. It seems to be very durable and easy to use. Kind of expensive for a stethoscope!!

I am a medical assistant and a prospective medical student (applying to med school) that works in a primary care / urgent care setting. I've had two Littmann Classics before, but nothing like this one. I was looking for something new that would work for both my clinical needs currently, and something that I could use during medical school and residency when the time comes. While this stethoscope comes with a heavy price tag, it is the best on the market. The sound quality and noise cancellation is awesome for noisy environments, and it is so much louder and clearer than the other stethoscopes I've used. The provider I work with is also hard of hearing, and she has the same one, it works great for people who rely on hearing aids or who have a hard time hearing. For me, another feature I really like is the ability to record what you're listening to and share it with others in the field, which would be handy for a medical student / resident sharing their findings with an attending. The only downside to this stethoscope is that black is the only tubing color option...

Excellent sound pick up. It has a battery device that can be turned on for better sound pick up. It was better sound pick up when turned on than the cheaper model Littman I bought the other day. However, I was disappointed to find out that since I am not a licensed medical professional it is not possible to get on the EKO ap where you can monitor heartbeats and they give you a read out. So, I just wanted to let people know this before they buy it. I do however plan to keep it since it picks up sound quite a lot better than the cheaper model that cost just a little over a hundred dollars. So if you are not a licensed medic don't expect to get a 40 magnification, that is with Bluetooth and the EKO ap only.

I couldn't register the product online. When contacted littman through mail with serial number and pics they didn't bothered to reply. So I returned it.

Stethoscope was initially working well. Within 3 months the amplification was no longer working. Difficult to get a hold of anyone to help with the issue.
