The ear plugs are fine, wanted to sleep with them, will have to work on cutting the tab to make them more comfortable. I want to say the company has been OUTSTANDING in terms of making the customer happy. I would definitely purchase other items from them!

Living with a husband who snores, plus two dogs that snore, makes it very difficult for me to sleep in the same room with them. In order for us to all sleep in the same room and not kick them to the couch, I began wearing foam earplugs several years ago and they help somewhat. However, some night the hubby snores really loud and even with earplugs, I cannot sleep.I decided to give the Blue High Quality Ear plugs a try. These earplugs are made from what I assume is silicone. The earplugs have a blue cord attached to each end of the earplug so you don't lose them. And added bonus is that they come with a very nice metal container that can be attached to a key ring.The earplugs have a very convenient handle that makes inserting and removing the earplugs much easier than the traditional foam earplugs that have to be smashed down to insert into your ear. I also found that because of this, they do not last very long.The Blue High Quality earplugs are so much easier to insert and remove into the ear. I sort of pinched the earplug and inserted them into my ear. The earplug expanded and blocked most of the noise. I was shocked at how easy they were to insert in my ear, as well as now comfortable they were in my ear. I didn't feel the normal pressure I feel with my foam earplugs.Since I am using these earplugs to sleep in, I removed the blue cord connected to the end of each earplug. It was easy to pull out the cord from the earplugs with a gentle tug. I also cut the earplug stem down just a little since I am sleeping with them and did not want to accidently push them in to far when I roll over in my sleep.I will definitely continue using these earplugs. They are the best I have found so far and are so simple to use.What I like:• Made of sturdy silicone material• Comes with a nice storage case that can be attached to your keychain• Comfortable feel in my ears• Earplug stem makes them easy to insert and remove from ears• Blocks more noise than traditional foam earplugsWhat I don't like:• They are a bit pricey but for sleep, they are worth the costI received this product discounted in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I didn't actually buy these for their noise canceling properties (although they do seem to block out sound well enough). I actually bought them as ear plugs for swimming. The previous best earplugs I had were two pairs of clear earplugs but since they were clear single pieces, they are easy to lose in the water. These solve that problem because 1. they are bright yellow, and 2. they are connected with a plastic cord. If they were to come out, they'd be easy to see but it's pretty unlikely I'll lose them since I cover the cord with my swim cap. They do a pretty good job of blocking out water and they're about as comfortable as ear plugs can be. The case is great too since I can connect it to my workout bag and gym tag. The plugs are somewhat snug in the case but that could be because I kept the plastic bag they were in as a barrier. Really though, who wants ear wax build up in a small container?
