This is NOT a bad book, believe me.
I've noticed a lot of reviews are bashing this book for containing an ''inappropriate'' gag and I have to completely disagree with every single one of them. This book was created for fans of the Rabbids media franchise by Ubisoft and it does an excellent job at capturing the look and feel of said franchise. The Rabbids were always known for breaking the fourth wall, screaming a lot as well as making an adult joke or two, mostly in their viral videos and trailers. The team who works on the franchise wanted to create crazy, but lovable and charming characters who would appeal to both kids and adults, and this comic wanted to replicate that. I, personally found the comic to be cleverly written and beautifully drawn, and one gag shouldn't be enough to start hating on it.

Inappropriate! Reconsider if for a gift!
"If you can't say something nice... don't say anything at all." - Is usually my motto...but the experience of buying my grandchild this for a gift, has temporarily thrown my motto out the window! "Inappropriate" doesn't begin to describe this book. Reconsider if buying this for someone else... please:(

The art style is pretty fantastic, as well
If you're a fan of the Rabbids characters, then you'll be a fan of this book. The humor is very much in line with what you see in the TV show and, to a somewhat lesser extent, some of the video games (namely the Rabbids Go Home game on the Wii). The art style is pretty fantastic, as well, and is very expressive. I particularly love all the expressions of the rabbids, which somehow seem way more exaggerated on paper than in show/game form. You'll see other reviews knocking the book down to one star simply for the two page spread of women in bikinis (which is predictably presented in the exact kind of rabbid-orientated joke you'd expect). All I have to say is I hope these parents never take their children to the beach or the public swimming pool, ostensibly two locations that are family orientated. They would be in for a very rude surprise. The book does what it's supposed to do: Rabbid Entertainment.

Not for kids
The rabbids are supposed to be a kid friendly brand like Mario, they’ve after all made games together… some warped mind thought it was a great idea to toss in topless girls as a centerfold in this book (nipples covered but plenty implied). This is very off brand for Rabbids, and totally inappropriate for a kids book. Won’t be buying Rabbids anything anymore.

Rabid Rabbids
So I'm not really familiar with the Rabbids franchise, but this book was pretty amusing. The characters are not very intelligent rabbits that get into some strange situations. I think it worked in this context because each one is fairly short. Most are a page, with some being two pages in length. There is some range to the humor, so it's not hitting the same note throughout the book. This made it much more enjoyable than similar books I've read. The art is quite good too. There is some simplicity to it because the characters are basically identical and the style is cartoonish. But the diversity of scenes allows the artist to inject some creativity into the art too. There is a nice balance to the book. Younger readers should love it and adults can find something to like too.
