Great product

This refurbished ps5 far exceeds my expectations. I love everything about it. Refurbished in excellent condition is the way to go. Way cheaper than paying full price for a brand new one from the store.

I have purchased refurbished before without any issues, but I had a terrible experience after purchasing this PS5. The package was missing a charging cable for the controller and the stand for the PS5 itself. It was sent with a random black controller. Both the PS5 and the controller were absolutely filthy. I had to give it a good clean before using it. After it was turned on for the first time, I noticed that it wasn't factory reset as the profile of the previous owner was still on it. And after resetting it and going through general set up process, I was unable to play any type of game without the PS5 crashing and giving an error message. Whether the game was originally for PS4 (which in that case it DEFINITELY shouldn't crash) or for PS5, it would eventually crash. I tried multiple different games with the same result. I went through all the troubleshooting by myself and with PS support until they eventually told me there was nothing else they could do. There is no way that this met any of the Amazon standards for a refurbished product. Definitely do NOT recommend purchasing a refurbished PS5 with this seller. 0/5 stars. Already started the return process.

Overall I am happy with the quality of this console. There is minor scratching on the disc drive side but nothing that affects how it works. It comes with everything you get from buying a brand new one and setup was quite easy and it has done quite well so far. The only issue I had with it was the controller refused to connect to the console, it works and will turn on but even plugged directly in to the console it will not connect. However the seller was willing to trade for a new controller.

What’s the say it’s Sony it kicks ass and how could you regret the purchase of a PS five on par with any high-end GPU’s?

I love my PS5 til this day. I haven’t had any issues with it neither.

Works good and looks new

Después de varios meses usando la PS5, puedo decir con seguridad que es una consola impresionante. La velocidad de carga gracias al SSD es brutal: prácticamente no hay tiempos de espera entre pantallas. Los gráficos en 4K, combinados con el ray tracing, hacen que los juegos se vean increíblemente realistas, sobre todo en títulos como Spider-Man: Miles Morales o Demon’s Souls.

Buen precio pero no es la caja original a demás de ser la versión Slim
