It's great for the value paid for
Generally, like the product for specified use. It's good to keep in your vehicle particularly if your travelling constantly at unknown / remote place to mitigate emergency. I have not used it so far but looks great and easy on operation.

Good for lifting 44" deck lawn tractor
I needed to remove the wheel of my lawn tractor, but the jacks I had for my two cars were too tall. This low-profile trolley jack was the answer. (I needed one that was no more than 7" tall.) I picked it up for less than forty shipped in the open box offerings. It arrived fully assembled in two pieces; a jack and a short jack handle, with a small manual. The manual is not great, but this isn't a complicated device. The most difficult part of the operation of this jack is figuring out how to prime the hydraulics and how to release the jack slowly to lower it. It's difficult to slowly release and lower the jack, but maybe that's just my lack of experience with it?This jack is a good choice for infrequent, light-duty lifts, but may not be the best choice for those who plan on using it on a frequent basis for 1000 pounds or more. It just doesn't seem that sturdy for the long haul.

Well built
It lifted my SUV, smoothly and effective. Seems to be well-built. I wish it came in the case. For a small jack, it is worth the purchase.

Pretty alright
This jack is alright. You’re not getting a top quality jack,m, but for not being terribly expensive it’s good. Wheels are super plastic and kind of dented on first use but functionality is acceptable. It’s a little weird because the handle detaches and you have to loosen a separate part of the jack to lower which can be a little inconvenient. It also gets really hard to pump after about 10 inches and even though it can go higher, I didn’t feel comfortable going any higher than a little over a foot.

Wish it were lighter.
Actually, it is light enough to fit in the trunk compartment of my wife's Toyota Prius. 16 pounds is OK but it would be nice if it were only 10 pounds. I am probably just asking for too much. It had no trouble jacking up the car and getting the tire off the ground. The Scissor Jack that came with the car was almost impossible to accomplish this.
