I absolutely love this journal. The daily self-care goals and affirmations really help me focus in on what I need to do to take care of myself. Just ordered my 4th journal. I WISH they would come out with another cover option. As much as I love the print on the cover, it’s now my 4th of the same one.

Purchased a few of these for my students and expected to receive simple paper notebooks. These were extremely high quality books. The covers were buttery soft and beautiful. The pages were well printed and neatly bound. I can't believe these were so inexpensive! Will definitely order more for gifts.

How grateful am I? I got this little book because I realized that I take for granted the good things in my life, and using it every day to write in really brings up my many blessings.

I like how dates are not automatically included in the page, so one can start, stop and continue where they left off.
