Question 1

why does it say california proposition 65 on my order I recieved?

Accepted Answer

Seems like Proposition 65 is because of lead exposure. I found a court case online which states “Defendant Dr. Kellyann is a business that develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, and/or sells nutritional health products that have exposed users to lead in the State of California within the relevant statute of limitations period. These “SUBJECT PRODUCTS” (as identified in the Notice of Violation dated September 6, 2019 attached hereto as Exhibit A) are: (1) Dr. Kellyann's Slim Collagen Shake Drink Mix To Go! Chocolate Almond, (2) Dr. Kellyann Collagen Broth Natural Bone Broth, and (3) Dr. Kellyann Collagen Cocoa Hot Chocolate. Dr. Kellyann is a company subject to Proposition 65 as it employs ten or more persons and has employed ten or more persons at all times relevant to this action.”

Question 2

Accepted Answer

The lead answer seems to be correct. The court case states, “Defendant Dr. Kellyann is a business that develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, and/or sells nutritional health products that have exposed users to lead in the State of California within the relevant statute of limitations period.”
