This decorating kit is super cute. I bought it for my sister whom loves baking and she was ecstatic. She baked me some cupcakes and they were the cutest things ever.Its a plus that it comes with many disposable piping bags. It came packaged in a cute little box just as pictured. Perfect beginner icing set
Perfect beginner kit complete with icing bags, tips, couplers, cleaning brush, and flower nail. Everything a beginner, such as myself, could ask for and need to get started decorating cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and other yummy recipes.There are nine tips, three icing bags, three couplers, and one cleaning brush for the icing tips. The icing bags are made of thick material and will last a long time. They are pretty easy to turn inside out to clean. The included brush allows you to clean the tips with ease. I don't believe you can put the bags in the dishwasher but I did put the tips and couplers in the dishwasher to ensure they were super clean. They came out perfectly fine. The box the kit is stored in works great for holding all the parts. I will continue to use it to store the kit in.So far, I have made a smash cake for my granddaughter's first birthday and filled deviled eggs. They both came out pretty good. The swirl added a nice touch to the deviled eggs for the party. The cake came out really pretty as well and everyone complemented me on it. I can't wait to make more recipes that I can use these tips and icing bags to decorate with. I think I will even try mashed potato cakes using the swirl tip.So, the reason I gave this four stars instead of five is because the flower nail was damaged. As you can see in the pictures, it is very bent and I haven't been able to straighten it out. Easy to use
It was fine for what I needed it for. Pretty easy to clean and the tips just took a little practice to get the result I needed.I will use it again when the need arises.
