I received it today but the lens is broken
Im surprised that such brand new and expensive camera is broken like this. I tried to turn it on after fully charge battery but its not turned on and the screen is mention “ Lens error 60 camera will shut down automatically” and then the lens got stuck out like that, it doesn’t pull back in. I have contacted amazing to investigate further but unfortunately I have to return this camera as its broken while its brandnew. I hope the store was not intentionally sold this broken camera.

Do not buy from this retailer. I had the camera for 3 weeks and brought it on a trip with me and it does not work. Keeps showing err 70. Was taken to the cannon store at my destination they have to send it to the factory in Singapore which will take a month.
