I have been damaging my hair using heat curlers or "wands" and needed to give it a break. I ordered these because they didn't have the little "teeth" that are on so many curlers that not only them uncomfortable to sleep on but tear at the hair. These have a smooth surface and the cover attaches firmly. Not so uncomfortable either. They work best when the hair is dampened first. Another plus is that they are not expensive. The foam clip on rollers that I tried are a joke - the snap closures break easily.

I haven't use this roller yet! Not big as it mentioned on Amazon, I expected xl to be bigger than what I received but that's okay

Pedí cuatro kits de los rollos para el cabello y la verdad me quedó sobrando uno con tres kits de seis rollos Fue suficiente para todo mi cabello tengo el cabello rizado y bastante largo y aporta muy buen agarre al principio pensé que no funcionarían porque no tienen el velcro Pero eso ayuda a que reduzcan el frizz Al momento de enrollar el cabello planchado o secado esto los uso con mi cepillo de Wavytalk y me ayuda muchísimo a mantener una onda suave no recomendaría dormir con ellos porque es muy incómodo pero si al momento que tengas un evento usarlos de una a dos horas para que se mantengan las ondas

I’ve set my own hair for over 50 years. I’m a retired hair stylist and I have hundreds of different types of curlers. I couldn’t find my large size magnetic curlers so I decided to get these and I must say after beginning with the first row middle section from front perimeter to the nape I discovered that the curlers are poorly made with little plastic bits protruding from the base of the curler up that would cause severe hair breakage especially on wet hair so I’m guessing the mold that was created to manufacture this item then either making all curlers having to be snapped off to create individual curlers is a very poor concept and made that way to save money well I will definitely be getting a refund. I’m highly disappointed, causing me to have to slow down and improvise. This seller won’t profit from the professional hair stylist’s. The only women that wouldn’t know the difference is maybe girls and the younger generation that has absolutely no experience whatsoever and what to look for. Impossible to even file down. Fyi magnetic curlers are very smooth curlers rendering properly set aka wet set hair smooth bouncy full of body and a beautiful hair set that should last until the next shampoo. I wash my hair weekly.

I bought a previous set of these rollers, but these are better quality especially if you use them with end papers. I cannot for the life of me think where I put the previous rollers. Its not like they could get up and walk, so I can only assume that they rolled away.
