I purchased the iPhone 12 Pro Max in excellent condition; got it to use as a work phone.- Delivery: The phone arrived remarkably quickly after purchase—kudos for the speedy delivery!- Packaging: It came in aftermarket packaging, with a USB-A to Lightning cable and a 5V-1A wall adapter. It's a used phone, so no complaints about the packaging.- Quality: I ordered the phone in "excellent condition," and visually, it lived up to the description. There were just a few scratches on the side and near the camera, nothing too bothersome. The battery health was at 80%, which just about met the minimum their minimum requirement.However — and this is where things went downhill—the charging port is a nightmare. It charges with the USB-A to Lightning cable, but constantly disconnects. And don't get me started on the USB-C to Lightning cable—I've tried three different ones from Apple with no luck. I even bought a new USB-C - Lightening cable, hoping it would be the magic fix, but no dice. All 4 cables I’ve tried are genuine cables directly from Apple.I'm starting to wonder if they knew about this issue before selling it to me. As i would think that this would be an issue that’d appear in regular testing before selling used product.**TL;DR:** Great condition on the outside, but major charging port issues.

Phone came in very good condition (all casing and screen replaced obviously). Fast deliveryThe only downside was the cable that came with the phone, it working from time to time

I used to have a iPhone XS Max, but it was completely cracked and stopped working. I ordered a iPhone 12 Pro Max Graphite 128gb yesterday and it came today. I opened the parcel and I was shocked but in a good way. I paid £300 for this phone and it came in a box with a new unopened charger and screen protector and a brand new plug for the cable. I saw a lot of bubble wrap which was really good to see as well. I took that off and it had another box I opened that to more bubble wrap and my phone was in a plastic wrapper type thing. And when I got it out it had a white cover over the screen to peel off. And I had no scratches, dents, cracks, etc nothing! My battery health is 93% which is absolutely incredible. It’s a stunning colour as well I love it. Overall one of the best purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon. I’m so so happy with it. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this seller. And it’s such a good value for money I will 100% be ordering from here again!!

I was looking for a new phone after smashing my screen on my iPhone 10. Which I bought refurbished 3/4 years ago. I would have kept it otherwise.Bought two phones refurbished from another big retailer which both had to be sent back. Battery capacity was poor on one. WiFi wouldn't connect on another.Ordered this on Friday. It arrived Saturday. Well packed. As new! Looks immaculate. 100% battery capacity.They forgot to pack a cable but no dramas they've sent one out to me now. Very happy with the product and service. 12 month warranty too. Happy days. Very easy to use. Much bigger screen so the quality and use for me (6'2" man with big hands) helps a lot. I'm glad I went for the max. Camera is great! Got a screen protector and case on the way.

Bought an excellent condition iPhone 12 Pro Max, 83% battery health, was expecting 90%+ due to it being an “excellent condition” phone but I can look past that. I know it says the products are not waterproof however, after some light rain in my area I unfortunately had some water ingress which now affects my Face ID which no longer works now, which is slightly frustrating as it wasn’t dunked into water and was not rained on heavily :/ overall good phone however and IS in perfect condition on the outside, would recommend as long as you keep it out of the rain and aren’t expecting a lot of battery health for a phone of it’s age.
