I want to buy this to wash fine china in the gentle cycle of my dishwasher. It’s free of bleach and citrus, but does it contain sand or any grit?

I just poured out a drop and rubbed it between my fingers and could not detect any sand or grit. It felt like a really thick and concentrated form of regular dish soap.

This is for two bottles?

Listing says "2 pk" so it's for 2 bottles.

How much do you use per load?

I just fill the detergent space in the dishwasher and close the lid over it, so I don't know. It's about one squirt. :-)

Is this product Safe for Septic systems?

I am on sewer but had septic in our last place. This soap is derived from plants and works well. I would trust it for a septic system.
