Outdoor Wicker Adjustable Recliner with Cushion

As reported by other customers, this is challenging to put together. Since I had good tools and quite a bit of experience doing this kind of thing I decided to take a chance and purchase the chair. The seller sent the revised assembly instructions right away, so I was able to go over them before the chair actually arrived which I really appreciated. Even so, it was not easy. It took about 2 hours for me to assemble it by myself. The main issues were: (1) Some of the parts did not line up properly which made getting the screws in very difficult, and (2) Some of the parts fit together so tightly that they had to be forced into alignment. If you do decide to purchase the chair I recommend that you have an adjustable wrench, and a soft-jawed, quick-release clamp. Having a second person to assist would also be helpful.I am 5' 2", and the seat is way too deep for my feet to reach the ground when the chair is in the upright position. Pushed all the way back in the chair my legs stick straight out. That's OK as I didn't plan to use it without the footrest in place. The color is very nice and the cushions are thicker and of better quality than I expected. The fabric is a little scratchy and the reclining mechanisms a bit stiff, but all in all this is a nice, comfortable chair for the price. After what it takes to put it together, you will enjoy finally getting to relax in it.

The customer service for this chair is awesome...I ordered 2 of them and both were missing the same part - a K bar. Instructions said each chair should have 2 and both only came with one. The missing parts were shipped out within hours of my email to customer service. The additional assembly instructions sent the day after I ordered the chairs were a bit more helpful that the instructions that came in the box. It is very hard to recline when sitting in the chair but hoping after use (or spraying with WD40 as customer service recommended) it will recline easier. The chairs are very comfortable and a nice color.

Very disappointed. Nice chair and very comfortable but the fabric did not last a month. The foot rest tucks under the chair so only part of the fabric faded. Bought it in July and kept the foot cushion on always but did take the seat cushions in during rain. Tried to look up the company and the website is unavailable. Would have given 5 star if they had better quality fabric.

Oh man. So I definitely need to write a review! First off - this chair IS SO COMFORTABLE. Second off - it was VERY difficult to put together, and I have put together a lot of furniture in my time on this planet, always alone. The instructions are your average picture only instructions, no words, but it can be difficult to see how to align the pieces. However, the company did email me the day after it arrived with a better set of instructions that did include words. Unfortunately I had already spent 3 hours putting it together the day before. So, if you order this, WAIT until the seller sends you the better directions. It will still be difficult to assemble but it will help. I'm not positive mine is even assembled correctly, but as long as no kids or drunk people jump on it, I think I'll be ok. ;-) It really is exceptionally comfortable. I've sat on it every night so far and almost fell asleep. It's really perfect. Another tip - the very last 4 bolts would not go in just with finger tightening followed by wrench tightening. I'm not sure if they were just slightly too large or the inside of the hold had not been threaded. I didn't have any other kind of wrench, so I had to tighten those with that flimsy flat wrench, and cut my fingers up pretty badly. So if you have a better wrench, that would be so much more helpful. I give the chair itself a 5 and the assembly process a 3. I do think you should buy this chair, though!

FADING! SEATS WORN THROUGH. In just three months with this product, not only did the cushions fade -- I ordered the reddish/orange; I now have TAN covers. But worse, the fabric wore right through and ripped to shreds.WAY TOO LONG TO PUT TOGETHER. I had a handyman put two of these chairs together for me. After reading the reviews, I wasn't about to attempt it. It took him about 2 hours/chair!BUT AS COMFORTABLE as you could every imagine. There's NO doubt about this.

Came in a box with many parts. Bad directions for assembly . Difficult to put together because you had to muscle some parts to match up the screw holes. Would have been nice to have the foot assembly already put together. Chair is very comfortable once you get it together .

Excellent quality. Very comfortable. Tricky to assemble.

After purchasing two of these chairs for my parents, the cushions on both chairs faded to a washed out tan color almost immediately. The were originally set on our back porch under a covered porch and began to fade without even being in the direct sunlight. As soon as we moved them to my mom's house in the sun, the faded even faster. My mom was even very good about bringing the cushions into the garage during rain and winter season. I would definitely NOT recommend these to anyone using the chairs outdoors. They were ridiculously hard to put together, too.
