I purchased this running belt because I needed something that fit water and had a pouch big enough to fit my phone with a case on it because the case is hard to take off. The zipper pouch fit my phone (iPhone 6s with an OtterBox defender case on it) and still has room to fit keys and other little things that one might need to carry when hiking or running. I haven't quite figured out what the outside pockets could be used for but they might come in handy in the future. It came with two 10-oz water bottles and from what I can tell water doesn't leak out of the cap. It is comfortable to wear and fits nicely on the back or on the stomach and doesn't get in the way of my arms in either position.

Very nice running belt. I wear it backwards to keep my arms from hitting the bottles.

I love it. It fits comfortably on my hips and does not move. It's my go-to running belt.
