Super good; easy to grasp the truths he is teaching. Very helpful in my walk with Christ.

I love great little books--full of great theology that I can read in an hour. And Dane is a great writer.

This is one of the most authenticresources I've read. I'm grateful to God for raising men like this author who have a heart toward God and his fellow struggling Christian brothers and sisters. All I can think about after reading this is how deeply I'm hidden in Christ. Buried so far down in His being that we cannot be snatch away, Regardless of our sin and struggles as believers, Jesus cannot abandon us unless He denies Himself, which is impossible. The scripture that says, " where sin abounds grace so much more", has become much more clear in light of my "hidden-ness" in Christ. After this read I have a clearer "heart" understanding of the reality of my Saviors love for me and how we must appropriate that reality decisively, by faith, moment by moment. That is our "Work". It's about the reality of your life in Him. Focus on His finished work and promises not our failures. Freedom in Christ makes more sense to me now. Thank you Dane Ortlund.
