Wow! This thing really works great & makes short work of coring and slicing a pineapple. Wish I'd had this years ago as there's not much better than your own fresh pineapple without having to pay jacked up store prices for their version of pre-cored and sliced pineapple. I'll definitely be having more of this fresh fruit from now on! This Kenko Cuisine Pineapple Corer is a quality product and very easy to use. Clean up is a breeze and measurement of blade is just the right width for medium to large sized pineapples. On a personal note, I really like the warm yellow color of the handle as opposed to the usual black color on most other models. If you love pineapple, it's a must have kitchen gadget that I highly recommend.

I just got a chance to use the pineapple corer yesterday. It was super easy and worked great. Slicing pineapple is going to way easier and safer from now on. We dehydrate a lot of pineapple for snacks and this will make slicing the pineapples super fast. This only issue that I found is that I went too deep and ended up going all the through the bottom of the pineapple and the core stayed in the tube. I had to find something to push the core out because the core was in very tight.

I have never used a pineapple corer before. I don't know why not. This is amazing.I love fresh pineapple, but I hate cutting it with a knife. Such a sticky, messy, and annoying task.Well, this product makes it easy. Cut off the top, stick the corer in, and start turning with a little downward pressure. You will have a pineapple that is cored and sliced with very little waste in less than a minute. Seriously, less than a minute!It works so well, I went out and bought more pineapples the next day :)

I was so excited to try this but when I opened the box , the packaging inside / box arrived smashed and opened !! It was inside of a box with another item , but I doubt the other item caused the damage . The plastic bag that it was inside of it's smashed box was opened as well !! I considered returning it , but I did not want the same condition and the wait so I didn't return it. idk . I washed the two pieces instead and tried it out . It worked perfectly ! It is very sharp so be careful . After I used it , a spiral come out in one long piece . It left the core in the middle , which I am not sure how I would've removed that part . I could've used the pineapple shell for something , but I accidentally did it at a slight angle and puncture the bottom of the pineapple , so it would not have held liquids. I did not like how it arrived because it just seemed unclean and like it would be destroyed .

Excellent customer service! Purchased this Cuisine Nija Pineapple Corer for my daughter-in-law to use for making center pieces for a surprise party for my son next month. The corer, I am sure will work so well, and make the project of coring a number of pineapples a "breeze!" They will be filled with tropical, colored flowers and all the actual slices will be used in a wonderful , tropical fruit salad. A terrific kitchen tool that is a welcomed "helper!"

Love this Pineapple Corer! It was one of the more reasonably priced corers with the best reviews so I decided to give it a try. I love the color - it is really appropriate for the gadget itself, but most importantly it worked as advertised. It made coring and slicing the pineapple super easy and created much less waste than if you were to use a kitchen knife. It was easy to clean and store as well.

Excellent!! At first, we thought it was another kitchen gimmick to clutter up the kitchen :& eventually be donated or discarded. WRONG! This has to be a Very useful instrument- we now buy several pineapples at a time and haven given (and will continue this} these as gifts. These work exactly as described- nothing high tech or requiring a learning curve. If you can figure out a corkscrew you have this down cold-except it is easier!!!

This thing is sharp, but that's about it. You have to be a pro to be able to use it correctly. Sure, it cores it, but only if you are able to stable the pineapple completely, which is a hard feat. It also leaves so much unused pineapple, thought I expected it would. This review is moreso about the coring factor, as I spent more time fixing (getting the "good" pineapple from the "core", and getting the "core" from the "good" pineapple) what I had cut using this than I would have just cutting it myself. Wish I could return but there was too short of a window by the time I tried it.
