I like the badges. They are well made. I did not use the adhesive piece as I had a Velcro swatch on my trauma pouch that the badge stuck to well. Don't know about the durability but how much stress is actually placed on a small badge on a pouch?

I have one on my med pocket of my gun case and the other on the Ifak on my belt. I will buy more as needed.

I didn't want to spend $9 on two velcro red cross patches, but the colors were right for my Condor molle pouch IFAKs so I bought them. No regrets. They're well made and look sharp as applied.

Been using for a couple months on my IFAK... Material is on par...
