Rigid behaviour of vendor

The product in not fully waterproof as may be seen from the pictures water can go easily from wire inlet portion and no provision is given to close this tightly. On the Returns part your supplier is too rigid and refused to do so. I know Amazon not your vendor. Any how first time very Bad experience
