One was good and the other mug arrived damaged. Was asked to place replacement which I did, however it was cancelled twice, causing great deal of inconvenience.

I ordered it and received it in a week's time even with the lockdown . The product looks good and genuine . The packaging was good . The handwritten note by the seller was really a nice gesture and shows the value and work of the seller behind this product
