It's pretty good. I saw many people said it didn't work when they got it. I know I put the batteries in right the first time, but I still had to move them around and fiddle with them a bit t make it work. But if you want this to clear tonsil stones, it won't work because the tip is too rough.

I can't say how well it works because it doesn't turn on even after I tried different batteries that definitely work. I would give it the benefit of the doubt that I happened to get a dud, but I'm not going to bother trying another one because I'm not crazy about the design either. I never saw such a complicated, crappy battery cover. You have to use a coin to open it, but it isn't really shallow enough so you end up stripping it.The reservoir came out easily enough, but was a hassle to get back in-- and that was with it empty, I can't imagine fussing with it full.

I love this one better than the others. The water is put in from the top rather than the side.

It doesn't work. Will not turn on after putting in brand new batteries and following all directions.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. First, the assembly and the instructions are awful...it took me six tries to figure out how to assemble it correctly so water comes out. It's so bulky that it's difficult to hold, and when it's turned on, you are accosted with the loudest, highest-pitched squeal you've ever heard. Also, there's little to no difference between the settings...it's just a one-speed gadget with an awful sound.
