Perfect for me I’m a heels dance and when doing floor work they are great. The size is perfect not too tight and not loose. They don’t slip or fall down my legs. The support my knees and protect them. It’s just enough padding also! And functional for lots of activities.

Just wanted to say these run very small. I bought the XS/s for my 13 year old daughter who is 5’3” and 100lbs and they were very tight. Returned for the M/L and they fit perfect.

Great padding but wish they were a bit thicker. Also I don’t believe that they are true to size I have a 12 year old on the thicker side and these fit a bit small on her. Comfort level was great. Other than that great quality, we’re at the end of the season and no rips or torn pads and have wash them twice. My daughter wears them at least 5 days out of the week and so far we don’t have any complaints except for the sizing.

Perfect size for my skinny almost 11 year old daughter. She says they’re very comfortable and worked well at her volleyball tournament. 10/10. Will purchase again as she grows.
