Eyecurl II Heated Eyelash Curler with Brush Red

I have short, straight eyelashes and I've always hated the pinching action of a traditional curler and the "folded" effect you end up with. I bought the Eyecurl II hoping to get a more natural looking curl and to get away from the hassle of getting my lashes in the curler juuust right before uncomfortably pinching the crap out of them. Before ordering, I was worried that the Eyecurl II wouldn't really curl my lashes and I would burn my eyelids, but the price was so reasonable that I figured if I didn't like it I wouldn't miss the money. So let me just say THIS THING IS AWESOME and here's what I love about it:1. It heats up super fast - like in 10 to 15 seconds.2. You won't burn yourself - it has a guard around the heating element that keeps it away from your skin. And the way you curl your lashes makes it unlikely that you'd burn yourself anyway.3. SUPER easy to use - just apply a layer or two of mascara and let dry. Then slowly sweep the Eyecurl II over your lashes into the shape of curl you want. Easy-peezy!4. The curl holds all day. No need to re-curl.I love it. Go buy it.

Wow. I can't believe that Amazon would even sell this awful product. Yep, it heats up just a little bit, then I guess by magic you touch your eye lashes and .... what, they look just like they did before you put the magic wand to your lashes. I am so sorry I bought this. Also the battery life is worse than they promised. I love Amazon, so I hate to dump my stupid choices on this company that has been so good to work with. I found that this wand works a bit better than the crimping style of heated curler. It heats up fairly quickly, and when using it feels comfortable against my eyelid.I first curl using a regular eyelash curler, then apply mascara. After that I use this eyecurl. It especially helped me get the outer lashes out of my eye, I always have trouble getting those to curl and they stick in my eye. It does require some hand twisting to curl the lash toward eyelid, but it's fairly simple.It's not the best curler and it does take longer than I like, plus it doesn't work well on its own. But it does help to get my outer lashes.

This is the second heated eyelash curler I've reviewed. I have to say that I love this curler. It does a great job. I use it before I put on mascara and occasionally I use it for a touch up in the evening before applying additional mascara. It has 2 heat settings for those who have very sensitive eyes. I always use the highest heat myself. I would have given it 5 stars but I had to take one back for battery life. I have had and used this daily for about 3 months and have replaced the batteries 4 or 5 times. I probably have my "on" longer than needed but still the battery life is a problem. I have seen where another maker does have a usb rechargeable and am considering trying it out, but I have to admit I love the curve of this wand. It makes my lashes look great - better than the flat wand that I tried the first time.

Unfortunately it's not working for me. I don't find it to be strong enough to curl my eyelashes. It's a nice concept but I think my traditional eye curler works the best for me.

I did a lot of research before buying, this one had the best customer reviews.I really like it, curls my lashes on even hard to reach corners.It is a wand, so it's a different technique to use it. Mostly the classic curler presses the lashes. this one you have to press gently against the eyelid. The heat is not a problem at all unless you are very sensitive, it feels warm.I have used it with and without mascara, for me both work very well. Lashes look very natural since they are lifted from the base.I was looking for the wand type, because the classic type is too big for me. My bone structure is very small and fine, so most of the classic type of curlers, even heated ones, don't fit well in my eye area to reach my lashes.As stated in the instructions, you have to learn to use it, but once learned it goes very quickly. I recommend to practice a little when you have a lot of time.

I was uncertain about this eyelash curler, but I am soooo glad i took a chance and ordered it though amazon. I have lash extensions and when they start to grow out they need to be curled, but a regular eyelash curlier will crimp or pull them off. With this curlier just a light brush up and my lashes are beautiful again!! SO HAPPY WITH THIS!!!

This product wouldn't heat up at all and it eventually wouldn't even turn on I was completely disappointed. My lash tech used a heated eyelash curler on me and I loved it. Unfortunately, this product didn't even compare. It wasn't hard to use but it didn't heat up and therefore gave zero curl. If you are nervous getting something near your eyes I would say pass on this type of curler. Wish it would have heated up.
