Fun workout.

Did not like the workout at all. It is the same thing over and over. Thought it would have some better Latin music and it was just boring. I'm sorry I didn't sent it back.

I am a fanatic for working out so have lots of tapes. This one has poor camera placement. On an exercise video why would you not show the feet of the instructor? Also,music should be great and it wasn't. I was a little bored with the music. The instructor's voice is grating. So I guess I wish I had bought something else but having said that it is affective for rebuilding your body.

I have to agree with some of the other reviews. It is repetitive and in the ab workout I really didn't want to repeat those 4 moves again. I am a 56 year old who has done just about everything that hits the market so am in pretty good shape. The next morning after doing the boring abs my sides and ribs hurt. Made me think it is boring but effective. It's not something for everyday but all of that rotation of the hips does give you a workout.

I exercise 4-5 times a week using a variety of dvds. I am so disappointed in this one. The instructor is not very motivating and difficult to understand. The camera shots are of poor quality when one is trying to follow the moves. The routines are mind-numbingly repetitive and not effective. I wish I could get my money back. Only used a handful of times.
