Can i use this and my eq bar at the same time ?

Yes run radio out or sub out to eq then the sub out from eq thru the epiccenter then to sub amp

Can I use this if im running an audiocontrol oem sound processor???

I'm not exactly sure, but I don't see why not. Just keep in mind this needs a full range signal, and cannot be run on a sub out and use the crossover on your sub amp
