There are three in a package that fit my baking sheet perfectly. I used the yellow sheet for baking turkey. It worked well but I got too much oil on it and now it needs a lot of soapy water to degrease it. Don't do like I did. Use it for baking. Looking forward to using it for just that. I received this for a discount in exchange for an honest review.

I was very hesitant to try another brand of a silicone baking mat that was not William Sonoma. However, I purchased this produce with a discount in exchange for posting an honest review. So compared to WS I gave it a 4 out of 5 because they are extremely sticky and I had to wash them a few times to remove the tackiness texture. That aside, they perform the same as my WS silicone mat & I get 3 for the same price as one WS. Plus < my kiddos like the cookies spacer that are marked on the mats.I will never buy another WS again because these work the same. ( - minus the pre use washing issues)

When I first opened these mats, I was impressed with the page of instructions to take care of your mats. They were very detailed and helped me know what not to cook on my mats. Next I was impressed with how thick the mat was. It was very durable and they even say it has a mesh lining inside. Having the circles on the mat is great for making macaroons, and having the ruler on the side is beneficial for making certain chocolates. The colors are cute and brighten up my baking.

Love the markings and ruler. I plan to use it in my dehydrator for fruit leather.
