The title says "SonicDent Toothbrush Replacement Heads" The picture shows 3 replacement heads for $10.07. What you actually get is 1 head, a bunch of floss sticks and 6 batteries. Like most people, I searched, purchased and bought using one-click shopping believing I was getting what was pictured. I cannot yet comment on the quality but the head feels very soft. SonicDent needs to be MORE upfront and fix the item pictured or I bet I won't be the last of the 1 or 2 star reviews.EDIT 1/20/2014;SonicDent has modified their description of what you get in their product headline. I'm glad my review had this effect on this merchant. I just don't like being a guinea pig though.EDIT 2/7/2014;The replacement brushhead does seem to be durable. The first one lasted at least 2 months, I just replaced it because it is 2 months old not that it wore out. I'm still on the same batteries it came with and have the 6 new ones in a flashlight. It would be nice if they would just sell the replacement heads and not the whole 90 floss pics, 6 batteries and ONE head.I upgraded to 3 stars because I feel at least they are trying and I think they might really be watching their reviews.

The 6 Mitsubishi batteries 4 were good and the 2 other batteries were corroded bad. Brushead ok.

I don't know if the description that there was only one per package was added after I purchased based on customer feedback or if I just missed it completely. I err on the side that I missed it completely. In any case the image is misleading so please if you want this deal purchase two toothbrush heads. Otherwise you will be expecting three and only get one! It is a reasonable deal, but the image is deceptive.
