Fantastic for clarification of wine
This works exactly as it should and we do not produce and wine without using this. Following the directions helps a lot. Give the wine and each stage time to do it's thing. Rushing may impact results... ok I should like a warning label but it does make a difference. Be sure to use the correct amounts for the size carboy or demijohn. We have not had any residue in our bottles after adding this. I do recommend racking it after clarification so that you do not have to watch the sediment line while bottling. Highly recommend

Came Frozen
The liquids in all the packages were delivered frozen. I’m not sure if it will work now. Disappointed.
