The stunning anatomical lung locket opens to reveal a detail of the bronchial passages, cast and fabricated in solid sterling silver. The hinges and snaps are hand-fabricated and the meticulous detail of the bronchial passageways was hand-engraved by the artist. The detailed, antique-finished pendant hangs on an oxidized 18", 2.1mm sterling silver rolo chain with a figure eight clasp. It is tagged with the makers mark Ps and 925. The lungs are 4x .5x 3.3cm.
