How do you attach the pop filter to this microphone and/or stand? I can't get it to stay on.

I hate it. Stopped using it because it wouldn't stay on. I got the foam ball type of filter and it works great.

What kind of headphones come with this bundle?

Tascam TH-02 Studio Headphones - http://tascam.com/product/th-02/

Does this include the microphone stand?

It does not. I bought the bundle of the microphone, headset and pop filter. That did not include a stand. I had to buy that separately

does the microphone stand have adjustable heights?

It really doesn’t. I built a small box for it to set on until I got a different one. But the mic is great!
