Perfect- arrived on time with plug and cable but without original box. Perfect condition and 100% battery health. Couldn’t be happier

I would highly recommend in buying this iPhone, because like most people, I was dubious of purchasing a pre-owned phone, because I have always gone for new phones.But at the moment, I am not working, but had enough money to get the phone, because I have been looking to go back to an iPhone for years, after having a Samsung galaxy a14, which I couldn’t really get on with, because I found it to big and slow.But going back to purchasing the iPhone, I ordered it on Tuesday nigh, and thought it would be arriving on Thursday, but I was pleasantly surprised to get it the next day after ordering it.The phone arrived in perfect condition, like brand new, the only problem I had wrong with the phone, is that I think it wasn’t restored to factory settings, so I had to do it myself.But other than that, I know it’s early days, but at the moment, I am pleasantly surprised with buying a pre-owned phone.

Handsets are offered under the following categories: Excellent, Good, Satisfactory. After reading the description of what ‘excellent condition’ means I proceeded to pay a bit more for a I phone 13 mini in Excellent condition. When I received the handset I was a bit taken a back by the state of it! It had physical damage all around the casing, all of the paintwork had been scraped off and there were numerous dents despite stating that handsets in ‘Excellent condition’ do not have any scratches scuffs or marks to the screen, casing or anywhere on the phone that are visible from a 30cm distance. The damage on the handset received could be seen 30 miles away let alone 30cm!! I contacted the company and sent them pictures who replied with an insulting offer of £20 reimbursement. I argued that the phone received was arguably ‘good condition’ at best and asked for a refund if £53 to match the selling price on their site of a ‘good condition phone’. I didn’t even receive a response, just a generic e mail instructing me on how to return the phone to them for a refund. They wanted photos from all angles amongst numerous other time consuming things before it was sent back. They then wanted 30 days to process the refund! Obviously placing as many barriers as possible as a deterrent of proceeding with the return. As the workings of the handset were satisfactory and it was only cosmetic damage (although besides the point) I just instructed them to process the insulting £20 partial refund and kept the phone. JUST BE WARNED! HANDSET CONDITIONS ADVERTISED ARE NOT A TRUE REFLECTION OF WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE! BUYER BEWARE!! ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE HANDSET THEY WILL MAKE IT DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING TO RETURN.

I love the size of this phone and coming from an iPhone SE, this feels a world away from my previous in terms of features and functionality. The screen also feels much bigger because of the small bezel. Cameras are great, face ID is very quick - I hardly notice it, as by the time I've picked up my phone it will have unlocked already. The battery is truly terrible unfortunately and you can see it draining away under your eyes even with light use. I have ended up having to charge it constantly as it will never make it to the end of the day. Although the battery is at 100% life, I suspect this might be a third-party battery that isn't as good as the original. Either that, or the battery really just is utter cr*p. The screen, camera lens and the back of the phone look absolutely spotless, however there are a few quite obvious chips around the lens cutout and around the charging slot, a bit cheeky to sell as 'excellent quality'. There was also quite a bit of grime/dirt around the screen, which seems weird for a refurbished phone. They could have easily cleaned it a bit better. Other than that this was great value for money.

Satisfied. Arrived with 100% battery maximum capacity. But iphone battery runs out so fast one thing I miss about android is how much better the battery was.

Received the phone with a mint condition, little bit scratch and battery life 87% overall very nice giving my review after using a couple of days continuously best value for money

The iPhone I received is like new, in fact you would struggle to tell it from a new one. Great battery life, everything works perfectly, not a mark on it. Very happy with the purchase and I highly recommend the seller.

I brought x2 phones from this buyer both phones had issues .First phone screen broke in first week,I took it to the Apple Store they said that the screen that they had used was of poor quality and that’s way it broke so easily. Cost me an extra £150 to fix !!!Second phone had issues with hardware and Just stopped working out of the bule, also took this to Apple Store and they ID’ed the hardware issue.By this time I was quite upset and frustrated that both the phones that I had purchased had been so unreliable and requested my money back for just x 1 of the phonesThey refused to refund me back the money even though we have had to fork out for another new phone as the phone (it was for my daughter and she was going away and needed to have a phone another £500 this one was straight from the Argos)It has been a very bad experience buying from this vender!!! We paid £500 for both phones plus the £150 for the new screen plus an additional £500 for the new phone.We are also still waiting for the replacement phone which I had to pay to send back which for another £9My advice make sure to avoid this this vender at all cost !!!!!I would not even give them a start I feel will I was scammed !!
