I have TV unit with the switch board behind the TV which makes it difficult to have the straight plugs in place without pinching the connector ends.This one helped me to eliminate that risk of cable damage and keeps my TV fit snug and plush on the TV unit.I bought this to run the power supply to Sony S20R sound bar and it is doing its job perfectly fine.It is compatible with both Sony soundbar and Lumio TV.The 3 meter cable length is absolute savior to run the power cord to the subwoofer of the sound bar placed on the table from the TV unit socket that is about 5ft above the ground level.
