I like the convince of it because you just add the gel then put the light in your mouth and then hit the button and wait. It turns off by itself after 10 min. It is a great price because some of these are way more expensive and going to the dentist for it can be upwards of $600.00There are a ton of reasons why our teeth become yellow or dingy. If you use is more than once or twice a day, the peroxide in the gel can burn your gums and the corners of your mouth. Awesome product is recommend to anyone that wants to IMPROVE their smile. Its not magic potion that will miraculously give you pearly whites, well not if you drink a lot of coffee or smoke. It took 5-6 times of 30 min each and I defiantly notice a difference! Luckily, I do not have a sensitivity to tooth whiteners. Make sure the bottom of the toothbrushes will/may irritate that part way low on your inner gums, that part that sticks up, watch that!
